On the Cumbre del Sol, a car is required. Moraira and Javea are about 10 minutes drive away from the house. The neighbor supermarkets such Mercadonna, Aldi and Pepe La Sal are made within 5 minutes reach.

Approximately 3000 meters from the house there is a hairdresser, pharmacy and restaurant serving typical Spanish food.
